my cute excuse for not posting much...

This is why I have been so bad at updating this blog.  Baby #5 joined our family at the beginning of the year and we have been soaking him up ever since.   I really haven't done a ton of photo shoots since this sweetie joined our family--I've been trying to enjoy him and focus on my family.  

Now that we are in the busier part of photography season with everyone wanting family pics done, I am hoping to do a little better at posting an occasional session.  Not all of them--that would be way too ambitious, but I will try to be more diligent at posting :)

The F Family

I love this family!  They are all so sweet.   I loved snapping some pictures in their home.  They have the cutest, sweetest little boy--makes me so excited for mine to arrive in a few months!

Baby N

This little guy was a sweetie.  He reminded me so much of my own little boys as babies---cute little chunks!   I think he just about skipped the newborn stage!

Miss Shirley

One of my good friends just had her first sweet little baby girl---after two boys!  I can't get over what an angel baby she is--so so calm and sweet.  I think I have yet to hear her cry.  What a sweetheart. 

 

We did some fun pics in the backyard since it was such a beautiful morning and then got her brothers in for a picture.  These two boys are exactly like my boys---ALWAYS dressed up, so what better way to capture real life than to snap some shots of them in their pirate costumes.

I love this family!  Sweet little Nora joined their family recently (she was three days old when I took these!).  She is such a sweetheart! 

I had a fun time just capturing this litle family in their element--right at home, all dotting on their darling new baby.  I love that their four year old was in her dressups!  Does it get anymore real than that?
